How does the GO LIVE shuttle work?
You buy the voucher for the event's official shuttle, choose the pickup point closest to you and secure a round trip with drop-off at the venue. Depending on the event, payment is made here on the site, at the GO LIVE checkout, or on Sympla; each event page shows which one applies. Everything is online — there is nothing to collect in person.
What time does the bus leave?
Each pickup point has its own time, shown on the event page and on your voucher. Arrive early: departure times are strictly kept.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes — on the site, with a full refund, within 7 days of purchase, as long as there are at least 48 hours left before the event starts — whichever comes first ends the window. Your order page shows until when you can cancel. Outside that window, the purchase cannot be cancelled and nothing is refunded. If you bought here on the site, make the request in your GO LIVE account, under "Minhas compras" (My purchases; this area is in Portuguese). Purchases made on Sympla are cancelled on Sympla.
Can I bring children?
Yes, and every child needs their own spot (children may not travel on someone's lap or standing), with a paid voucher at the same price as an adult, regardless of age — there is no child fare, half price or free travel. At the pickup point, every passenger shows official photo ID (the original, or opened in the issuer's own app; a photo or screenshot is not accepted), and a child without photo ID shows their birth certificate. Passengers under 16 travel only with a parent or legal guardian; with a grandparent, great-grandparent, sibling, aunt, uncle, niece or nephew over 18, with proof of the family tie; or with another adult authorised in writing with a notarised signature, by public deed, by the e-Notariado travel authorisation, by an authorisation signed online whose signature a notary has recognised through the e-Notariado, or by court order. The authorisation must name the accompanying adult and be valid on the day of the trip. Without the paperwork, the passenger does not board. We reply in Portuguese, but you can write to us in English.
