After those 7 days, if there are at least 48 hours left before departure, we also refund everything. With less than 48 hours to go, we refund you if your spot is filled by another passenger — we do the checking. If you bought here on the site, make the request in your GO LIVE account, under "Minhas compras" (My purchases; this area is in Portuguese). Purchases made on Sympla are cancelled directly on Sympla.
