Conforme o evento, o pagamento é feito aqui no site, no checkout da GO LIVE, ou na Sympla; a página de cada evento mostra qual é o caso. É tudo online — não há retirada física.
What time does the bus leave?
Each pickup point has its own time, shown on the event page and on your voucher. Arrive early: departure times are strictly kept.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, and there are two different guarantees — whichever is better for you applies. Up to 7 days after purchase, we refund everything, with no penalty, no matter how long until the event. After those 7 days, if there are at least 48 hours left before departure, we also refund everything. With less than 48 hours to go, we refund you if your spot is filled by another passenger — we do the checking. If you bought here on the site, make the request in your GO LIVE account, under "Minhas compras" (My purchases; this area is in Portuguese). Purchases made on Sympla are cancelled directly on Sympla.
Can I bring children?
Yes, and every child needs their own spot (children may not travel on someone's lap or standing), with a paid voucher at the same price as an adult, regardless of age — there is no child fare, half price or free travel.
